Shop Policies.

The name and location of the shop is Solace Art Collective, 1531 S. East St., Indianapolis, IN 46225.

A $150 deposit is required to book a tattoo session with me.

Your deposit can be made via Cash App ($treywaytattoos), Venmo (@twtattoos), or Zelle (treywaytattoos@icloud.com).

A $10 fee is required if using Cash App or Venmo.

All deposits go toward your tattoo. The amount down is taken off the day of your appointment. They are non-refundable, but are transferable.

I charge by the piece (under $500) or by the session.

A 3 hour session costs $500, a 6–7 hour session costs $900, and an 8 to 12 hour session costs $1300.

If you are unsure about how long the tattoo will take start to finish, please select a 6hr session for booking purposes. Then message me for the approximate amount of sessions it will take from start to finish. Please understand it will be a rough estimate.

A full detailed black and grey or color sleeve can take anywhere from 5–15 sessions.

I am CASH preferred on the day of your appointment, meaning that is what I would like to be given after the tattoo is done.

If you arrive to your appointment and do not have cash and you opt to pay by credit / debit / tap to pay, you will be subject to a 17.5% convenience fee that will be applied to the grand total of your tattoo. To avoid this fee, please bring cash as stated.

In the event you need to transfer your deposit, please let me know 3 days in advance.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 7 days in advance. If you do not let me know before or on the 7th day, a $50 reschedule fee is placed on your balance, and you have to put down another $150 deposit that will go towards your tattoo.

If you reschedule a second time, your original deposit is forfeited as well as the second, therefore requiring you to put down a third deposit which does not go towards your tattoo.

Being extremely late or not showing up to your appointment will result in you not receiving services from me in any aspect. Being disrespectful or rude will also result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment.

I travel very often and go directly to my clients. So if you are not in Indianapolis, travel to your city/state is available.

A travel fee and accommodations are needed, so before booking please inquire to what each is.

You are allowed up to three guests to come with you during your tattoo appointment. Please send the first and last name of each guest that will be accompanying you.

If you would like additional guests (MAX is 8), please submit an accommodation request via text.

Please note I have the right to refuse guests for any and all reasons. When guests arrive they will not be allowed in the booth area until after the stencil is on and we are about to tattoo.

You must be at least 16 years old with parental consent to receive a tattoo by me, and your parent must be present the entire time and approve of placement and tattoo idea.

The parent must also have a government issued ID as well as the child's birth certificate matching the parent's ID.

If you are 18 years of age and older, you will need a government issued ID to be provided at the time of your appointment.

Please note most big pieces are done over 2–4 back to back days. Do not expect a large scale tattoo to be done in one 6 hour session.

All designs are done within 3 days of your appointment or done the day of. If you would like your design prior to the timeframe, you must submit a special accommodation request via text about when you would like a rough draft of your design.

Do note once you approve the design on the day the design is due, there is no changing the design. Design changes are allowed outside of special accommodations.

Numbing cream is available for purchase and I will also apply it for a small fee.

Do note it takes up to an hour and a half for it to be effective, and that time will be taken out of the session time.
